This coaching engagement gives you a space to think strategically, strengthen your direction, and develop the habits and mindset that position you for greater influence and opportunity.

Our Owner/Coach David J. Fry, MPS, CDT, provides the service virtually and with candor and care. He has served in executive positions in corporations and nonprofits after starting in entry level positions. He's also founded nonprofit organizations and led them in successful new ventures. With experience in the politics, expectations, and pressures that come from "working your way up," he can provide valuable insight. Fry has helped others grow on their journeys and advised countless individuals and organizations on performance improvement.

His coaching conversations will focus on clarity, strategy, and consistent follow‑through. Each month we’ll identify your priorities, map out actionable steps, and establish the accountability needed to stay on track. With weekly outcome reporting and access to tools and resources, you’ll have a clear structure that supports steady, meaningful progress and positions you to be more marketable, promotable, and effective in your role.

The $179 fee listed is for the first month of coaching. Subsequent months (if desired) will be billed prior to service and scheduling. We recommend you consider two to four sessions but there is no obligation beyond the first.

First Steps Once you enroll, you’ll complete a brief intake that highlights your goals, current challenges, and the areas where you want to grow your leadership presence. From there, we’ll schedule your first coaching session and outline the priorities for your first month. You’ll gain immediate access to your tools, templates, and weekly reporting structure so you can begin making measurable progress right away.
