Life coaching is not therapy or counseling, there are practitioners for that to help one manage emotions and challenges. Instead, we offer a forward‑focused, objective, virtual conversation designed to help you see your situation more clearly and make confident decisions.
Coaching is offered virtually by our Owner/CEO, David Fry, MPS, CDT, author of Purpose in the Darkness and Transform Your Sand. Instead of exploring your past, we concentrate on your goals, your interests, patterns, and the practical steps that will move you toward the life you want filled with purpose. When desired, we can help individuals with a faith-forward background or assist in neutrality.
Our discussions can help you sort through basic decisions, interests, and directions that may influence your purpose in life. We may also recommend a DISC assessment to ascertain your interests and values.
Whether you are an executive seeking nonprofit skills, an individual looking to advance their career, or trying to rebuild your life's purpose after loss, we can provide the perspectives and resources to support your next steps.

The $99 fee listed is for the first month of coaching. Subsequent months (if desired) will be billed prior to service and scheduling. We recommend you consider two to four sessions but there is no obligation beyond the first.
First Steps After you enroll, you’ll complete a short reflection form that helps clarify where you feel stuck and what you want to understand more deeply. We’ll schedule your first session and begin exploring the themes, patterns, and priorities that will guide your work.
Once your first monthly fee is paid by adding this service to your cart, you’ll also receive your e‑book and workbook so you can start your journey with clarity and direction.
